- When you use our service request form, we receive your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, selected service, and the project details you provide.
- When you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message.
- Our website and hosting service may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and visit time to operate and protect the site.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in a project brief unless it is necessary for your request.
How we use your information
We use enquiry details to respond, discuss your requirements, prepare proposals and provide requested services. We use technical information to keep the website working and secure. We may keep appropriate business records where needed for administration or legal obligations. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing messages.
Where enquiries are stored and shared
Service requests are delivered to our business email and stored in our WordPress contact-message system so we can follow up. Our website hosting and email providers may process information on our behalf to provide those services. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the site and its users.
External services and links
If you choose the WhatsApp contact link, you leave this website and your conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Our portfolio links also take you to independent websites. This site loads Google Fonts, so your browser may connect to Google to display the typefaces.
Cookies
WordPress may use cookies needed for login and site operation. We do not use the service request form to place you on a mailing list. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although some site functions may depend on them.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, manage any resulting project, and meet applicable business or legal requirements. We review records and remove information that is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
